SiniOk Referrer Terms

1.1 Registered SiniOk Members, including Buyers and Sellers, may apply to become Referrers.

1.2 Participation requires approval from SiniOk. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

1.3 SiniOk may request identity verification, accurate contact information or additional information before approving participation or processing withdrawals.

1.4 Referrers must maintain a valid SiniOk Account and comply with these Referrer Terms and the SiniOk Terms of Use.

1.5 Participation is voluntary. Referrers are independent participants and are not employees, agents or representatives of SiniOk.

2.1 Once approved, Referrers may share their unique Referral Link or other approved referral methods.

2.2 New Members must register through a valid referral method and meet the applicable eligibility requirements.

2.3 A referral is recorded and associated with the Referrer according to SiniOk's referral tracking rules.

2.4 A successful referral must complete the qualifying activity specified in the applicable Referral Offer, such as a first eligible paid subscription.

2.5 Registrations alone do not guarantee rewards.

2.6 Self-referrals, duplicate Accounts, fake registrations, manipulated transactions or other attempts to obtain rewards unfairly are prohibited.

3.1 Referrers may receive rewards when their referrals complete qualifying activities under the applicable Referral Offer.

3.2 Reward amounts may be fixed amounts, percentages of eligible subscription payments or other benefits displayed in the current Referral Offer.

3.3 Rewards based on subscription payments are calculated using the eligible payment amount defined by the applicable Offer.

3.4 Rewards are issued as SiniOk Wallet Credits and are subject to eligibility checks, pending periods and withdrawal requirements.

3.5 Rewards may be cancelled, adjusted or reversed if the related payment is refunded, cancelled, reversed, charged back or found to be ineligible.

3.6 SiniOk does not guarantee any number of successful referrals or amount of earnings.

4.1 Eligible new Members may receive promotional benefits under the Referral Offer applicable to their registration.

4.2 These benefits may include free subscription periods, online workshops, discounts or other promotional entitlements.

4.3 Benefits are subject to the eligibility requirements, activation conditions and limitations displayed in the applicable Offer.

4.4 Promotional benefits are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly permitted by SiniOk.

4.5 Receiving a promotional benefit does not automatically qualify the Referrer for a reward. Referrer rewards remain subject to the required qualifying activity.

5.1 Referral rewards may remain Pending for a specified period before becoming Available.

5.2 The applicable pending period is displayed in the current Referral Offer or Referral Hub.

5.3 Pending rewards cannot be withdrawn.

5.4 After the pending period, eligible rewards may become Available, subject to verification and the absence of refunds, reversals, fraud or other disqualifying circumstances.

5.5 SiniOk may delay, withhold or reverse rewards where reasonable verification or investigation is required.

6.1 Approved referral rewards are recorded as SiniOk Wallet Credits. The Wallet is not a bank account or licensed e-money wallet.

6.2 Eligible Available Wallet Credits may be withdrawn through payout methods supported by SiniOk, subject to the applicable withdrawal rules.

6.3 Withdrawal requirements may include:

• A minimum number of successful referrals before the first withdrawal.
• A minimum Available Balance.
• A withdrawal processing fee.
• A specified payout processing period.
• Identity and payout account verification.

6.4 The applicable withdrawal requirements, fees and estimated processing times will be displayed in the Referral Hub or Withdrawal page before a request is submitted.

6.5 Withdrawal requests are subject to SiniOk's review and approval. Processing times are estimates and may vary due to verification, payment provider delays or other reasonable circumstances.

6.6 Referrers are responsible for providing accurate payout details. SiniOk is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect details supplied by the Referrer, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

6.7 SiniOk may reject, delay, cancel or adjust withdrawal requests where eligibility, verification, account restrictions or suspected misuse requires further review.

7.1 SiniOk may introduce new Referral Offers or update existing offers from time to time.

7.2 New Referral Offers will automatically apply to future eligible referrals. Existing Referrers do not need to register again or manually update their participation.

7.3 Referrers will be notified of material changes through the Referral Hub or other appropriate communication channels.

7.4 Each eligible referral retains the Referral Offer assigned when its referral association was established.

7.5 Subsequent Offer updates will not change the locked reward amount or specified signup benefits of existing eligible referrals.

7.6 Eligibility checks, pending periods, withdrawal requirements, fraud prevention and other applicable program rules remain subject to these Referrer Terms, the SiniOk Terms of Use and applicable law.

8.1 Referrers must promote SiniOk honestly and responsibly.

8.2 Referrers must not:

• Make false or misleading claims about SiniOk, its services or potential earnings.
• Guarantee income, rewards or subscription results.
• Create fake or duplicate Accounts to obtain rewards.
• Refer themselves or manipulate referral tracking.
• Use spam, harassment or deceptive promotional methods.
• Impersonate SiniOk or claim to be an authorised employee or agent.
• Misuse another person's identity, personal information or payment details.

8.3 Referrers are responsible for complying with applicable laws and obtaining any necessary permissions when sharing promotional materials or contacting potential Members.

9.1 SiniOk may suspend or terminate Referral Program participation where it reasonably believes these Referrer Terms, the SiniOk Terms of Use or applicable laws have been breached.

9.2 SiniOk may withhold, cancel or recover rewards arising from fraudulent, abusive, reversed or otherwise ineligible referral activities.

9.3 Where reasonably appropriate, SiniOk may request additional information before making a final decision.

9.4 Account suspension or termination may affect pending rewards, Wallet Credits and withdrawal requests in accordance with the SiniOk Terms of Use and applicable law.

10.1 SiniOk may modify, suspend or discontinue the Referral Program, subject to applicable law and the terms governing existing eligible rewards.

10.2 Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or other appropriate channels.

10.3 SiniOk does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Referral Program or any particular level of rewards.

10.4 Participation in the Referral Program does not create an employment, partnership, franchise or agency relationship with SiniOk.

11.1 These Referrer Terms supplement the SiniOk Terms of Use.

11.2 The SiniOk Terms of Use continue to govern Accounts, Wallet Credits, withdrawals, promotional benefits, acceptable use, liability and other Platform matters.

11.3 Personal information collected for Referral Program participation, identity verification and withdrawals is handled in accordance with the SiniOk Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

11.4 If these Referrer Terms conflict with the general Terms of Use on a matter specific to the Referral Program, the more specific Referrer Terms will apply to that matter, unless otherwise required by law.

11.5 The applicable Referral Offer determines campaign-specific reward amounts and benefits. Withdrawal requirements are governed by the applicable withdrawal rules displayed on the Platform.
